Child Safety Policy

1. Our Commitment

Hiii is an Android app developed by Mithi Lab, intended strictly for users aged 18 and above.

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment and enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward any activity involving minors, including child exploitation, abuse, or grooming.

This policy also applies to all applications managed under the Mithi Lab account. Ensuring the safety and well-being of minors is our top priority across all platforms.

We comply with all applicable local laws and Google Play’s policies regarding child safety. Any user found violating these standards will face immediate consequences, including account suspension, removal from the platform, and possible legal action.

2. Age Restriction & Verification

Users must confirm their age as 18+ during registration.
We use automated detection tools and human moderation to flag accounts that appear to belong to or target minors.
Suspected underage accounts will be suspended or terminated immediately.

3. Prohibited Behavior in CSAE（Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation）

We strictly prohibit:

Any form of child sexual abuse material

Create or share any sexual content involving minors, including images, videos, or written materials.
Inappropriately describing sexual content related to minors.
Engaging in any behavior that causes physical, mental, or emotional harm to minors, including personal actions or encouraging others to do so.
Attempting to create accounts for minors or instructing minors on how to circumvent app supervision or safety controls.

Grooming or attempting to contact minors
Impersonating minors to engage in deceptive or abusive behavior

What we will do, when we find CSAE（Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation）behaviors:

Violators will be permanently banned, and we may report the activity to law enforcement and child protection authorities.

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter or suspect any behavior involving minors that violates this policy, please report it immediately.

In-App reporting: You can report directly through the app. Simply tap the “three dots” button in the right-top corner of each user’s profile card to access the reporting feature.

Our working hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00

In accordance with applicable laws, all verified reports of child exploitation or abuse will be submitted to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other local agencies.

5. Global Reporting Resources

If you witness or suspect child exploitation outside of Mithi, please report it to the appropriate global organizations:

· North America, Australia, New Zealand: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)

· South America and Other Regions: International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children global hotline.

· Europe: Law Enforcement Reporting Channels for Child Sexual Coercion and Extortion.

These organizations handle global reporting of online child exploitation and can escalate serious matters beyond our platform.

6. Parental Guidance

Although Mithi is not intended for minors, we encourage parents and guardians to educate children about online safety and monitor their use of devices and platforms to prevent unauthorized access.

7. Policy Review & Updates

This policy is reviewed regularly to reflect updates in safety practices, laws, and technology. The most current version will always be available on this page.
