We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment and enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward any activity involving minors, including child exploitation, abuse, or grooming.

This policy also applies to all applications managed under the Mithi Lab account. Ensuring the safety and well-being of minors is our top priority across all platforms.

We comply with all applicable local laws and Google Play’s policies regarding child safety. Any user found violating these standards will face immediate consequences, including account suspension, removal from the platform, and possible legal action.

If you witness or suspect child exploitation outside of Mithi, please report it to the appropriate global organizations:

·       North America, Australia, New Zealand: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)

·       South America and Other Regions: International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children global hotline.

·       Europe: Law Enforcement Reporting Channels for Child Sexual Coercion and Extortion.

These organizations handle global reporting of online child exploitation and can escalate serious matters beyond our platform.

Although Mithi is not intended for minors, we encourage parents and guardians to educate children about online safety and monitor their use of devices and platforms to prevent unauthorized access.
